FAQs

  • Do you provide a meal plan? No.  I have found that it's better to learn HOW to eat than be told WHAT to eat.  I will show you how to make your favorite food work for your goals. Date nights, birthdays, holidays, etc are going to happen and you shouldn't be following a robotic meal plan...
  • Do I need a gym membership? Also no.  You have the option of gym or home (or can mix and match) It's best if you have some basic home equipment like dumbbells or bands, but you can also do bodyweight if you need to.  You will get stronger though so overtime you can pick up equipment for home or hit the gym.
  • I'm totally new to lifting? Is this for me? No worries! I know what it feels like to be completely overwhelmed with where to start, self conscious of form and wonder if I'm doing the right things. I will teach you the foundations and you can progress as you become stronger and more confident.
